For coaching sessions
Rescheduling of Session
If you wish to reschedule your session. You can reschedule the session (atleast 24 hours before the session anything) for a period of 3 days from the original date of session free of charge.
Cancellation of Session
If the session cancelled by us due to some technical or other issue, 100% refund will be provided.
If you wish, you can cancel any session. No refund will be applicable on the cancellation of a session. Further, cancellations of rescheduled session is also not eligible for a refund

All refund will be issue as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.
For Online Courses and E-product (Digital Product)
No refund shall apply to the online courses and digital product sold by us, since course access is given to users on same day of placing order.
Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.
In a determination to accomplish user satisfaction, if there is an issue, you can contact us for a refund or any other issues through our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will refund you back in the following circumstances:
If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;
If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.
UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of any booking/order is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
The complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
